Chris Clevenger
Owner
Chris joined Kifco in 2008 when he partnered with current Kifco management to purchase the company from the prior outside ownership group. Chris has a background in corporate finance and private equity and has served as advisor, owner and board member of several small manufacturing and service companies.

Allen Mitchel
CEO
Allen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kifco in 2018. Allen brings with him over 25 years experience from all over the globe. His professional background ranges from managing a commercial feedlot, working in international sales for the Nebraska Department of Agriculture and most recently serviing as VP of Sales for a manufacturer of grain storage equipment.

George Hadsall
Operations Manager
George has worked for Kifco, Inc. since 1988. Starting out as a production welder and working in prototyping. After a brief leave to join the construction workforce and completing additional welding courses, he returned to Kifco in 1993. Today, George serves as Production Manager and oversees manufacturing of Kifco products.

Ledena Clark
Marketing Manager/Sales Representative
Ledena has been with Kifco since 2008. She handles Kifco's branding and advertising campaigns, website design & upkeep along with dealer communications. In 2015 she joined the sales team for Kifco's product line, Avi-FoamGuard. She is also available to assist with customer service, parts, shipping and inside sales calls for all Kifco products.

Accounting Assistant
Tammy manages accounts receivable and payable. Coming on board in 2007 Tammy brought with her over ten years of bookkeeping experience. Dave Malott
Engineering Manager
Dave has been with Kifco since 1998. After five years working in all Kifco production departments Dave moved into Engineering and was promoted to the Department Manager in 2007. Dave’s hands on knowledge of Kifco manufacturing processes has allowed him to further improve the quality of Kifco machines. Dave is in charge of Kifco R&D and is always interested in new ideas from our Dealers and Customers.

Brian Malott
Product Support Representative
Brian’s been with Kifco since 2006 and has been the product support lead since 2008. He came to Kifco with extensive irrigation knowledge having worked for several years at one of our local dealers. Brian’s hands-on experience with Kifco machines of all ages (even old red ones) is a true asset when it comes to solving problems for our customers on the Product Support Line. Brian is always available to walk you through any technical questions or problems you may be experiencing with your unit.

Tom Matt started at Kifco in 2007 after nearly 30 years working in the agriculture market, primarily focusing on the dairy segment. Since coming to Kifco, he has served as Regional Sales Manager, for the Eastern North American Markets.

Shawn Sievers
Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Shawn joined our sales team in early 2016. Although new to the sales team, Shawn was not new in knowledge of Kifco Water-Reels. Shawn is a Havana, IL native and has worked for various Kifco Dealers handling the Kifco product line. Having the hands-on knowledge in sales and support of Kifco Water-Reels made him a perfect fit for our team. Shawn covers the Midwest region of the United States and parts of Canada.

Steve Mullican
Southeastern Regional Sales Manager
Steve joined the company in February 2012 to serve the southeastern U S dealer network. His responsibilities include equipment specification, demonstrations, support and training relative to all Kifco products for the region. He comes to Kifco with over 12 years experience of design, sales, operation and construction of agricultural, horticultural and effluent irrigation systems. He offers over 25 years of extensive working knowledge of agricultural & horticultural production systems throughout the southeast United States. Jan Beukema
Latin American Sales Representative
Jan Beukema joined our sales team in 2013 as our sales rep for Latin America and the Caribbean. Jan is native of the Netherlands. He Graduated from The Agricultural University of the Netherlands with a MS in irrigation, hydraulics and civil engineering. And is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and happy to converse in French and German. Jan currently lives in Guadalajara, Mexico and has over 30 years’ experience in irrigations system design, procurement installation and distribution. He has worked for The Mexican Ministry of Agriculture, Ag-Supply, Rain Bird International and for himself as a consultant and grower. We are very pleased to have him spear heading our Latin American efforts.
